Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MiloVoice ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MiloVoice provides high-quality speech synthesis services utilizing proprietary credit pooling and multi-key allocation algorithms integrated with ElevenLabs APIs. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability of the Service, nor do we guarantee specific voice generation speeds, as synthesis depends on external provider availability and active pool capacities.

3. Credit Allocation & Usage

Character Deductions: Each generated character (including whitespace, punctuation, and system formatting) is charged from your account balance.
Key Failures & Refunds: In the event of a synthesis allocation failure or partial worker stitcher error, character costs are auto-refunded to your user account balance via our local transaction manager database.
Expiration: Purchased one-time credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. Recurring subscription plan credits renew monthly and expire at the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Billing & Refund Policy

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a purchase, you agree to supply valid billing information.

Due to the immediate consumption nature of synthetic character processing, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued at our discretion in instances where the Service experiences full system failures that prevent credits from being utilized, and after checking system audit logs.

5. ElevenLabs API Terms Compliance

Users must not attempt to bypass voice generation filters, submit text containing prohibited content under the ElevenLabs Terms of Service (including hate speech, harassment, illegal advice, or deceptive audio cloning), or exploit API configurations. MiloVoice reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate third-party compliance guidelines.

6. Account Policy & Bans

Multi-Account Prevention: To maintain pool integrity and prevent abuse of free trials or promo balances, creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. MiloVoice reserves the right to ban associated accounts and freeze credit balances without refund if multi-account creation or sybil behavior is detected.

7. Limitation of Liability

MiloVoice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any substantial changes by posting the updated terms on this page.
